 Tim McCaffery - Senior Pastor

From leading music in a Youth Revival at Salem Baptist Church, to now being the Pastor of Friendship Baptist Church, Tim has continually sought God's leadership and direction for his life.

He graduated from Bogue Chitto High School in 1985.  He attended Clarke College in Newtion, Ms and Mississippi College, graduating from both institions in 1991 with his Associate of Arts and his Bachelor of Arts degree.
In July 2000, Tim graduated from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Divinity degree.

In May of 2019 Tim began his ministry as the Senior Pastor of Friendship Baptist Church.  In 31 years of preaching ministry, Friendship is the sixth church that he has pastored.

Tim is blessed to minister with his beloved wife Naomi.  They have been blessed with three children, Joshua, Jordan and Sarah; three children in love, Allison, Chandler and Kyle; and the two best grandkids in the world..... just ask if you don't believe it.... Asher and Archie.

         

Ken Griffith

 Ken Griffith -  Minister of Music              

  From his college years until the age of thirty, Ken
  Griffith argued with the Lord about a call into the
  ministry.  In 1988, while a member and deacon at First Baptist Church, Cleveland, MS he finally surrendered to full time ministry as a student and music minister. 

  Ken graduated from Quitman County High School in
  1976, continued his education at Northwest Junior
College and graduated with an Associate in Education in  1979.  He then attended Delta State University and
  completed his Bachelor of Science in Social Science in   1981.  He continued at Delta State University earning his   Master of Education in Guidance in 1983.  Ken also   completed a Certificate in Church Music from   New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary in 1999.

Ken has previously served as Minister of Students & Music at Crowder Baptist Church in Crowder, MS from 1988 to 1989;  Gaston Baptist Church of Booneville, MS from 1989 to 2010.  Ken and his family answered the call to minister at Friendship Baptist Church of Grenada, MS as minister of music in 2010.

Ken and his lovely wife Robin, are the proud parents to their son Aaron, their daughter Kelly & son-in-law Thomas, and two lovely granddaughters, Mary Evelyn and Ellie.
